Love My Body Girls Only Boot Camps
Lose weight fast with a Love My Body Girls Only Boot Camp. These six week courses are held in a variety of convenient Melbourne locations including Elsternwick, South Yarra and Carlton. All participants have the option to do two to four sessions per week or more depending on their goals and fitness levels.
Love My Body Girls Only Boot Camps are an essential mix of cardiovascular and resistance training and cater for all ages and fitness levels. All participants also receive a complimentary weight loss eating plan to follow. We make it impossible NOT to achieve your goals. Love My Body Personal Training
Personal Training is a great alternative to the Love My Body Girls Only Boot Camp if you prefer individual attention, have more specific goals or only specific hours that you are available.
Our trainers are here to help you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals and ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to achieve sustainable results. Your training session will be individually tailored to your fitness levels and needs in order to ensure you reach the physical transformation you deserve.
We also specialize in ‘bride ready’ packages to ensure you have everyone gasping as you walk down the aisle!
Nutrition & Healthy Eating
Love My Body also provides healthy eating packages designed for clients who are serious about achieving their goals.
The guess work will be taken out for you with a customised eating plan to follow in accordance with any goals and healthy issues you may have. there is also the option to of a Love My Body Healthy Eating Shopping Trip to educate you on what you’re REALLY putting in your shopping trolley!
These customised eating plans can be used individually or combined with Love My Body Girls Only Boot Camp or personal training sessions.
