Love My Body runs Girls Only Boot Camps in a variety of Melbourne locations including Elsternwick, South Yarra and Carlton. Our girls only boot camp programs are designed specifically for women and are a perfect mix of strength training, HIIT, plyometrics, and flexibility work to tone and shape your body and lose body fat. They cater for all ages and fitness levels and are the ideal solution for all females regardless of age or fitness levels looking to get fit in a motivated and fun environment.

You will also receive a complementary copy of our Bikini Body Eating Guide to ensure you really get the results you deserve.

Location Details

Como Park, South Yarra
Corner of Alexander Avenue and Williams Road, South Yarra. Park in the Como Ave. car park and walk down the big stair case. We meet at the bottom of the stairs. Parking is free.

Elsternwick, players personal training studio
20 Horne Street Elsternwick, there is free parking across the road in the train station carpark.

Carlton gardens, Carlton street. meeting point is the park bench on Carlton street and opposite the entrance of Canning street. There is plenty of free parking surrounding.

If you have any troubles finding the meeting spot please call Hayley on 0438 886 382. Sessions will run rain, hail or shine. Please be on time for your sessions so that you don’t upset your trainer! If it is wet as we move to shelter nearby and you may have trouble finding the group if you aren’t on time. Please bring a towel or mat you can lie on to your outdoor sessions and water. And most importantly, enjoy your course with us and get excited as your are one step closer to achieving your goals!
